Selling Costs
At a sales price of £ 100,000 the Selling Costs (incl. VAT) may look as follows:

As
can be seen from the above, the Selling Costs amount to about 3.5% of the
sales price to which should be added Anglodan’s management fee (see
Fees). However, the Selling Costs as a percentage of the sales price will decrease as the sales price rises
since the costs of the Solicitor and the Seller’s Information Pack are not
related to the value of the property.
