Payment
Payment may be made online with Visa or Mastercard, by bank
transfer, cheque, or PayPal, or by providing card details by telephone,
fax, or letter.
UK VAT of 20% will be added to the above prices. All prices
are in British Pounds Sterling. All amounts are to be prepaid unless
otherwise stated. Customers are not entitled to any refunds,
replacements, or cancellations once a service has been provided or
activated. However, refunds may occasionally be offered at the
discretion of the management
* Does not include Office Services or Accountancy.
** The prices for Limited and Full Office Services do not
include costs incurred for postage, telecommunication, and courier.
Such costs will be added to the next invoice for Office Services once
the correct amounts have been established. Payment for the Limited and
Full Office Service is to be made monthly,
quarterly or annually in advance. If monthly or quarterly, an initial
deposit equivalent to three months of service + VAT will be payable in
addition to the prepayment for one month or one quarter of service. The
deposit will be refunded in full upon the termination of service with
only outstanding amounts, if any, being deducted. No deposit is
required if Office Service is paid for once annually. Office Services
may be terminated by either party giving three months notice.
